TESTIMONIALS |
Whilst I was Club Manager at Copthorne Hotel in Newcastle,Peter installed a brand new spa bath and I have nothing but praise for the work and the effort which he and the team put in. Everything was left the way the club was found and although the job took longer than originally anticipated, Peter got on with the task in hand and completed the work required. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Yours in Health Anthony Woodhouse |
We had considered buying a tub ever since we got back to England but were put off by the weather and the price of the available spas in the North East and particularly the Tyne and Wear area. When we finally decided to take the plunge (excuse the pun) we were deterred from committing ourselves, primarily by the sales pressure applied from some of the dealerships and the high prices of their respective stock. We had almost given up when we spotted your advertisement and decided to give it one last approach. We were immediately impressed by the relaxed approach you adopted when we visited your showrooms for the first time, how you made us feel welcome, and the fact that you did not automatically push upon us any particular style, or the most expensive tub. What we found most reassuring was the way you considered both our cost and tub size limitations, and even went as far as locating a manufacturer with a spa that fitted our exacting requirements. This we believe even entailed you negotiating with a new supplier to make it possible. Your friendly style was all the reassurance we needed. Once we had made our decision to buy, the sales process could not have been made simpler, and you were able to have the spa in question imported from the USA within a very short period of time i.e. less than 4 weeks. The tub we chose was a ‘SPACREST - Duke (model S1)’ with a ‘redwood’ outer case and an interior in the new pearlised ‘cameo’ colour. It is a little over 6 feet square and was extremely well priced at £3750.00 considering the number of jets and other benefits. The tub was finally installed on Friday 2nd of May 2008 and we are absolutely delighted with it. (See pictures provided). One of the highlights on that day was the fact that it had to be craned into our rear garden, as the access was extremely limited from the front of our property. When the 25ton crane arrived it certainly set the neighbours tongues wagging to see the tub being hoisted about a 100 feet in the air to clear some garages and the rear fence. We are pleased to say that this went without a hitch and it was deposited upon our raised deck area almost exactly on the required spot. We are not normally the type of couple who bother with testimonials, but under the circumstances we would like to state that you both made the entire process a total pleasure and we will certainly be recommending you to our friends, and to anyone else that happens to mention to us that they are thinking of buying a hot tub. Once again many thanks for all your help throughout the entire process and the following aftercare. Tony and Iris LucasWhitburn |
Hi Peter & Rachel,
We would just like to drop you a line to say how great the tub performs, we have just had our first go in our Exeter hot tub & it exceeds our expectations. It was fantastic to use & the experience was made all the better by the superb bottle of chardonnay that you kindly supplied. We would certainly recommend insparational spas to others as the service we have received during our first hot tub purchase has been excellent. Many thanks Jonathon & Kirsten |
I have wet tested Down East & Master Spa, Catalina & Sundance (washington) & looked at Arctic Spa. My wife & myself are both 6ft 2in. At first we tried a Down East spa (Insparational) partly because it was within our price range. It felt really good and gave us a spa to compare with others.
Then Catalina XL4000. Unfortunatly i would not fit in the 2 bucket seats but the wife could. Considered XL10000 but he did not have one to look at although he did have an XL2600 which we did like but did not come within our price range. Dealer very Knowledgable, friendly and offered very good service. Visited Artic spas. As you say, new dealer fairly Knowledgable but nothing suitable within our price range. Lastly we went back to insparational to wet test the LS700. All i can say, Perfect. We seemed to have more control with this model and it just sounded so solid if that makes any sense. We decided on the LS750 (no lounger). Although this guy is reasonably new he is very knowledgable, friendly and anything he could not answer was found at the other end of the telephone. Nothing was a trouble for him. I know this was more than the down east model but even with the price we paid for it, none of the other manufacturers had anything we liked at the price we paid for the LS750. |

To whom it may concern
Dear Peter and Rachel,
Next was sundance. Tried the bahia 780.
nice & spacious
but did not like the speakers in the headrest as the sound
was blocked out when it was covered with water. Tried an 800
series 2005 (old stock) model which was much better but could
not get a good enough deal. Dealer was very knowledgable and
friendly.
After
doing our homework and going to visit various outlets we decided
to go ahead with the Down East Exeter model from Insparational
Hot Tubs and Spas Ltd in Newcastle. We wet tested the tub before
ordering and we were well satisfied as it gave us everything
we wanted. Power, comfort and ease of use is what you get and
with the excellent service from Insparational - we couldn't ask
for any more. The install, even though it wasn't straight forward
went as smooth as clockwork down to the planning and preparation
beforehand from Peter and Rachel. They really do look after their
customers. We are very happy with our purchase Very Happy Very
